Five hours across two days — the block we recommend when you want to genuinely unlock a new skill. Enough time for detailed technique work, video review between sessions and real breakthroughs on the water.
Three hours is enough to try something new. Five hours across two days is where you actually land it. The gap between sessions lets your coach review the footage, refine the plan and target the exact detail that's holding you back.
Matty Hurrell is one of a handful of IKO Examiners in the UK. He'll observe your riding, set achievable goals, help you visualise each skill and pick apart the small technique details that separate attempting and landing.
Both sessions are filmed and reviewed. You'll leave with a much clearer mental picture of your own riding — the single biggest accelerator in advanced progression.
Tell us what you want to unlock — first jumps, toeside transitions, kite loops, downloopers, grabs, backrolls. The plan is built around that outcome and the wind conditions we get across the two days.
