From rider
to instructor.
The IKO Assistant Course (ATC) is the first step — 5 days of theory, safety, communication and teaching fundamentals. It sharpens your own kiting, gives you a formal qualification to assist lessons, and prepares you for the Instructor Course.
The IKO Instructor Course (ITC) is a further 5 days working with real students on the water. You'll structure and deliver progressive lessons under Examiner assessment, and finish as a certified IKO Level 1 Instructor.
Already certified with another organisation? You may be eligible to join the ITC directly. Message us for a quick review of your background.
