Stretching for over 47 miles the River Stour flows through Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk winding through many historic towns and villages. Dedham is a famous area of the river where it flows through the Dedham Vale, an outstanding area of natural beauty.

Learning couldn’t be easier

Our 2 hour ‘Ready to Ride’ lesson starts in the boating pool of Dedham opposite the popular Boat House restaurant. This area of glassy flat conditions offers a perfect place for your first experience on a SUP board. Once you have a feeling for the board we will then start to paddle with towards the historic hamlet of Flatford Mill or up the Stour towards Stratford St.Mary

Dedham offers a true taste of traditional old English country life, take a walk through the village and farm lands or enjoy a meal in one of many restaurants or tea shops.

SUP lessons and tours are based in Essex and Suffolk using some of the most stunning water ways including the River Stour running through the Dedham vale, the Colne River through Colchester and  coastal waters of Mersea, Brightlingsea, Clacton and Walton.  The calm rivers, salt marshes and the back water creeks makes exploring endless!
