An ultimate kitesurfing course simply aimed to create a safe independent kitesurfer.

This exciting 12 hour kitesurfing course is spread over 4 days giving the chance to develop important skills creating confidence and muscle memory.

Master the skills to become independent!

Your IKO kitesurfing instructor will cover it ALL – from environment awareness, equipment setup, safety systems, piloting, body drags and riding the board!  Each step will be coached based on your progression whilst making things fun and easy.  Various locations may be offered for different wind conditions amongst our selected beaches offering comfortable learning environments and maximum progression.

Join the community

During our lessons we will also introduce you to the local kitesurfing community and different local spots. This helps create confidence and once you have finished lessons plus create some pretty cool new friends. It’s always handy for someone to help launch and land your kite and generally look after each other.

Levels covered:  Discovery L1, L2 and L3*

* Level achieved is dependant on student progression. Our instructors adapt to each individuals needs and abilities.

The International Kiteboarding Organisation (IKO) is the biggest and most respected kitesurfing organisation in the world setting the very best teaching standards in safety and progression using unique teaching methods.

Zenith Kiting is proud to be an IKO affiliated Pro Kitesurfing School which means all our instructors are IKO qualified respecting the strict standards set by the IKO. We even have our very own IKO Examiner Matty Hurrell which is simply top of the chain.

All students will receive an official IKO certification once they’ve completed their training which is recognised all over the world.

  • What is the duration of the lesson?

    12 hours over 4 days

  • When do lessons take place?

    We are available 7 days a week following the wind and tide. Simply contact us with some preference on dates and we’ll check availabilty.

  • What happens if the weather’s inappropriate?

    If we cannot start or continue the lesson don’t worry. We will re-schedule for another time.

  • How many people on the lesson?

    We offer either private or small group sessions. Please let us know your preference.

  • What do I need to bring?

    We supply you with all the latest kit. Make sure to wear suitable clothing for the weather on the day. Bring a towel, swim wear, sun glasses, sun cream, food and water. If you have your own wetsuit bring it along.

Intro, Day 1 - Week 1

I was recommended to reach out to Matty from Zenith Kiting to get started with an intro to Kite Surfing. From the outset, I received a prompt reply and managed to get booked in for the same day. The lesson plan started off with hands on instruction to all the kit and covered all the questions I had without having to ask. Throughout the session, the content was aimed at exactly the right tempo for my learning style and feel that I got the maximum training value out of our time together.
